How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Fourthglory Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Fourthglory Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

When the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Fourthglory Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@fourthglory.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
