Fourthglory Heating & Air is a referral service. We do not hire technicians, and we do not offer jobs as employees. Instead, we connect homeowners who need help with independent providers who want more of those calls.

If you run your own HVAC business, joining the network can add steady homeowner requests for AC repair, AC installation and replacement, and related heating and cooling work.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent contractors who like to explain things. Our homeowners often arrive worried, and they do well with a provider who slows down and talks plainly.

A good fit usually looks like this:

• You run a licensed local HVAC business in or near the San Jacinto area
• You carry the insurance your area requires
• You handle AC repair, replacement, or both
• You can give clear written quotes
• You answer calls and requests with care

What We Expect

Providers in the network stay independent. That also means you are fully responsible for your own work, pricing, and schedule. In return, we ask for a few simple things:

• Be honest about what you can and cannot take on
• Explain the problem and the options before starting any work
• Quote in writing, and keep to the quote unless the homeowner agrees to a change
• Do not promise insurance outcomes or exact results you cannot control
• Treat each homeowner's home with respect

Providers may pay a referral fee when Fourthglory Heating & Air connects them with a homeowner. We will go over the details with you before you join, so there are no surprises.
